Rajamouli gives Baahubali team a New Year gift

S S Rajamouli has probably given the best gift to his Baahubali team for New Year.

The team that has been busy shooting for a huge battle scene, has been given a break of two days, Dec 31 and Jan 1. The maverick director announced that his team will be taking a short break, and the shooting will resume from Jan 2.

Prabhas, who is playing the role of Baahubali confirmed the news on his Facebook and said, "Thank you Rajamouli garu. Finally got some time off today & tomorrow. Need to take a good rest. The war shoot will resume on 2nd Jan. Have a great LAST day of 2013 dudes!!"

100 Days Films For This Year

Tollywood industry has got records with only two films for this year. One for Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Attarintiki Daredi and another Prabhas Mirchi. After a long gap, these two films listed for long run in many theatres.

In these days, the producers are getting only two weeks collections but AD and Mirchi run for 100 days and proved they had powerful scripts. Pawan’s AD crossed many films and stood as a No.1 film for this year. Within a few days the film is going to reach 100 days. Almost Attarintiki Daredi has been completing 100 days in 31 centers and 50 days in 151 centers. Though the film got leaked before its release it got near to 100 crores collections.

Likely, Prabhas Mirchi released for February and got huge collections. The film gets success with mixing of Prabhas action, look, style and story and had 100 days in 28 centers. Almost it is completing a year having films run for 100 days. As per rumors, Tollywood industry will reach to 100 crores collections within coming days…

'Baahubali' team begins shooting for Epic war sequence

Prabhas “Baahubali" shooting is on and it will be a great period drama in Indian film history. Director SS.Rajamouli is now shoot an epic war sequence in Ramoji Film City. It has nearly 2000 junior artists participating in this shoot and training was given in horse riding and sword fighting . This episode is choreographed by Peter Hein and It is said to be one of the best epic war sequences of Indian film history.

Rebel Star Prabhas, Rana, Anushka are doing the lead star cast of the movie while Ramyakrishna,Satya Raj, Nassar and others are playing prominent roles. Keeravani is composing tunes for the film. Prasad Devineni and Sobhu yarlagadda are producing the movie on Arka Media Works.

Tamannaah to play Avanthika in Baahubali

According to the film circles, the so called Milky Beauty, Tamannah has received her carrer’s best offer to play the role of Avanthika in much hyped movie of SS Rajamouli, Bahubali.

 

It is evident that Prabhas, the protagonist of the movie is set to play the dual role in Bahubali. Tamannah is said to have been offered the role of Avanthika to be the heroine for the character of Shivudu in the film.

The thrilled fans of Tamannah have considered this offer from Rajamouli as the Birthday giftfor Tamannah. It’s worth mentioning here that Tamanna will celebrate her birthday on Saturday.

'Bahubali-1' Overseas Rights @ Rs 10 Crore

This proves to be the heights of expectation. It is known that SS Rajamouli is making mega budget venture ‘Bahubali’ in two parts. 

 As per the sources from US trade circles, Rajamouli camp is quoting Rs 10 Cr for the overseas rights of ‘Bahubali’ (Part-1). 

 And it is obvious that the price will be separate for ‘Bahubali-2’ that comes in a one month gap. It is clearly the of ‘Rakta Charitra’ set by Ram Gopal Varma that is being followed by Rajamouli. 

Well, but how many US exhibitors show interest to buy the first part and second part at such huge prices and release, is the biggest question.  

Amidst piracy where the HD quality print comes online within 3 days of release, will US Telugus come to theatres in such a number to make distributors recover Rs 10 Cr?

 And it takes two more years to see the film on screen. 

 If the overseas distributors jump ahead and purchase the film with their enthusiasm, then they may also have to bear the interest rates till film hits the screen. 

 Keeping all these in mind, overseas distributors are in silence as of now.  

I am perfectly fine, Prabhas clarifies

While gossipmongers are a buzz on Prabhas being injured in an accident on Baahubali sets, the Young Rebel Star Prabhas has refused the rumors and clarified that he is perfectly fine.

Prabhas has informed this through his official facebook page, “Rumours of me having an accident while shooting for Baahubali in Kerala are not true. I am perfectly fine and shooting is going on smoothly in Kerala. Thanks to all my fans and well wishers for the love and concern.”

Baahubali Kerala schedule will take place till December first week and the makers will shoot crucial war scenes in the entire December. Rajamouli directed Baahubali also features Anushka and Rana as other leads.

Prabhas’s golden chance to beat Hollywood stars

Though there are superstars like Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan, there is another hero who really deserves the superstar status but yet to get it. He is none other than Prabhas and now he has the golden chance to beat even Hollywood stars. His film is ‘Bahubali’ and this is a period film which involves battles and swordfights. Hollywood films like ‘Troy’ ‘300’ have fantastic battle scenes and actors in that worked really hard to give that realistic feel. Generally our heroes don’t have that kind of commitment. They can only give punch dialogues even during fight scenes but building up their body and showing expertise in sword fights is not their habit. But if Prabhas can put his concentration on that and do the needful then he will be ahead of everyone. All he needs to do is prove that he can be a warrior and get into that character realistically doing everything with perfection. Good advantage is director Rajamouli who will extract the best. Let us hope Prabhas makes the best use of this chance and be remembered in history.

Baahubali Release Date Confirmed

Tollywood most awaited movie Rebel Star Prabhas and Rajamouli’s Baahubali, currently shooting is running at Kerala and movie unit is planning to release or Sankrathi 2015 as of now and there is a talk that movie will be released in two parts, still there is no official announcement regarding this.

SatyaRaj, Nasser and Sudeep will be seen in some important role in this bilingual film along with Prabhas and Anushka. S.S.Rajamouli is directing this film, music will be given by M.M.Keeravani. Shobu Yarlagadda is producing this under Arka Media works.

'Pranitha' who scored a decent hit with Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s "Attarintiki Daredi" is getting crazy offers.

Recently she has roped in to Young Tiger NTR and Santosh Srinivas film "Rabasa" as a second lead. Earlier, a rumour rounded in social networking sites is that, Rajamouli decided to rope Bapu Gaari Bomma "Praneetha" opposite to Rana Daggubati in his prestigious movie “Baahubali”.

Why Third Teaser of 'Bahubali' on That Day?

Ace director SS Rajamouli's prestigious period drama, 'Bahubali's making video and the first look of Prabhas were released on the eve of Prabhas' birthday. Later, the second teaser of the movie was unveiled on the eve of the birthday of Anushka, the female lead of the movie. Both these videos got good response among the movie lovers. And now, the makers have reportedly decided to release the third teaser of the movie on December, 14, as it happens to be the birthday of rana, the antagonist in the movie. Having been made with a budget of Rs.70+ crores, 'Baahubali's music is being scored by MM Keeravani. Prasad Devineni and Sobhu Yarlagadda are producing this movie on Arka Media Works. The movie is slated for release in 2015.

Every one is aware that Young Rebel Star Prabhas postponed his marriage only to star in Tollywood Jakkana Rajamouli's prestigious project Bahubali. The film starring Rana and Anushka is progressing at brisk pace.  However Rajamouli shocked Prabhas by informing that Bahubali will not come as a single film but will release in two parts. Rajamouli is always known for taking long time in completing his projects and if the film comes in two parts then one can imagine the plight of the stars.  As per the current progress Bahubali will be completed by 2015 and will be releasing in the same year. In the meantime pressure is building on Prabhas to get married irrespective of the completion of Bahubali. They are telling him “All your age heroes have got married. You are not into Bollywood to get married at 40s. So, get married ". Many say going by the developments Rebel's honey moon will be even before Bahubali's release.

Tollywood hit director  Rajamouli’s prestigious venture Bahubali  schedule starts from today in Ramoji Film city. Rajamouli is leaving no stone unturned to turn the film an epic in Indian film history.

He made Rana, Prabhas and Anushka train vigorously in sword fighting and horse riding. He is maintaining utmost secrecy on the film’s concept. This resulted in speculation on the subject of the film.Inside reports indicate the film involves Kings and Kingdoms and many are of the opinion that the film is inspired by great warrior king Prithvi Raj Chauhan and Rani Padmini.

On Other hand after making a comeback playing wife of Lord Yama in last year’s socio fantasy, Yamudiki Mogudu, actress Ramya Krishna is all set to play the role of a queen in the Prabhas – Rana starrer Baahubali. It is reliably learnt that Ramya will be seen playing mother to both Rana and Prabhas in the movie. Sources in the film’s unit say that her character would be a key screenplay element that sets the whole story into a twist and excitement.
